We understand that Government have presented the Baronetage to Sir Joseph Radcliffe, of Milnsbridge, in the West
Riding of Yorkshire, clear of all expenses, expressly as a reward for his great exertions, to suppress Luddism, in that Riding. This is the only patent passed gratuitously for civil services for a
century or more.
