Shoie, George Beaumont, John Taylor, and Benj. Hinchcliffe, charged with Stealing arms, &c.
Early on Sunday Morning last, a party of depredators about thirty in number, went to the house
of Mr. Robt. Burly of Elland, who resides near the guardroom of the patrole, and demanded his gun, which they received and carried away.
