Looking at Mirfield's glorified bus stop come railway station it's hard to imagine that less than 50 years ago in the bad old days the station then had a Ticket office, Parcels
office, Toilets, 1st, 2nd & 3rd class waiting rooms, Restaurant and WH Smiths book stall.
It would take a great deal of "Spin" and a large "Backhander" to convince me that things have improved!
