A view up Stocks Bank Road towards the site that would eventually be occupied by the Community Of The Resurrection, whose copper roofed church is probably the most visible feature when looking down
into the valley from the Kirkheaton side.
The building next door to the shop was, until relatively recently, the Spring Head WMC but was converted into flats after its closure.
