128Kbs Broadband approx 18mins.

When you click on the Get the PDF Ebook NOW icon the standard windows FILE DOWNLOAD dialogue box will appear asking you whether you wish to OPEN or SAVE the File.

Select SAVE and then save the file to somewhere you will be able to find it.   (The DESKTOP is the simplest place)
