What a brilliant website. Would you mind me adding a link from the Croppers Folk Club site (www.croppersfolk.co.uk) to your excellent section on the luddites?

Looking to see if i can connect with anyone who was at Crowlees Church of England School 1970 - 1972. I can't remember the class grade but was 8 - 9 years old and the last teacher i remember was Mrs Turner.

I was wondering if you had a picture of the Railway Pub circa 1911. I am researching my family tree and have found that the sister-in-law of my great-grandfather and her husband ran the pub back in 1911. Any information would be much appreciated.

In the 1871 Census I had ancestors living in what looks like Sough Lane. I can't find anything like that on google maps. Could someone tell me please where it was. Your site is excellent and I use your online parish records often in my research. Thank you.
